These are great for snacking and
the salt level can be adjusted for personal taste. The ingredients in this recipe can
easily be increased.
Yield: 1 c
1 c raw nuts, such as peanuts, almonds or
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp kosher salt or 1/8 tsp table salt
Toss nuts with rest of ingredients and spread on a cookie sheet. Roast nuts in a
pre-heated 350°F oven for 10 minutes. Cool. Enjoy.
