Red and Yellow Pepper Vinaigrette

c yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
c red bell pepper, finely chopped
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons warm water
pinch of sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until combined well. This vinaigrette will keep, tightly covered, in the refrigerator for 3 days. Makes one cup.
