Korean BBQ
Serves 4


1# boneless arm roast or chuck roast, slice thinly*

1/3 c oil
c soy sauce
2 T sugar
2 T chopped scallion
1 T sesame seeds
2 t minced fresh garlic
t ground ginger

Mix everything together and marinate the beef for several hours or overnight.  Weave the thinly sliced beef onto metal or bamboo skewers and grill or broil to your favorite doneness. 

This goes great with Asian sticky rice (found in the ethnic section at the grocery store) and Garlic Green Beans.


*partially freeze the meat before slicing or if frozen, partially thaw
