Cream Crackers

1 c flour
tsp salt
4 T butter
c heavy cream

 Cut butter into flour/salt mixture in a food processor until crumbly. Slowly add the heavy cream until the dough starts to cling together.  If the dough is sticky add a little more flour.  Roll dough out on a floured surface and cut into squares, rectangles, etc.  Poke holes in the crackers with a fork.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes, until lightly browned on the bottom of the crackers. 

Hint:  press sesame seeds, dried herbs, cracked wheat or kosher salt in to the dough before cutting

Serve alongside
